Hostess position
Due to the naturist nature of the role, a high level of discretion is essential. Absolute respect for the privacy of both guests and crew is required, and all personal information and onboard experiences must remain strictly confidential.
We are looking for a reliable naturist or naturist friendly hostess for occasional engagements on a sailing yacht during the summer season in Croatia.
This is not a permanent position, but a role offered on request, depending on guest preferences and sailing schedules.
The position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in a naturist-friendly environment. Naturism on board is non-sexual, discreet, and based on mutual respect and clear boundaries.
Duties of a Hostess on a Private Yacht Charter
Responsibilities
Provisioning, half board meal preparation. Sometimes full board might be required.Maintaining cleanliness of shared areas. Assisting with daily life on board.Supporting guests and contributing to a relaxed onboard atmosphere.Working in coordination with the skipper.
Position Details
Occasional / short-term engagements only.Summer season in Croatia.Accommodation and meals provided on board.Clear agreements made in advance for each engagement. Possibility of full-time seasonal employment as demand grows.

Requirements
Experience in hospitality or yachting is an advantage. Good food preparation and plating skills.Comfortable working in a naturist environment in a professional context. A naturist-oriented lifestyle is an advantage.Friendly, discreet, and dependable.Good command of English required (additional languages are a plus).

- 20.06. – 04.07.’26. Two weeks – Oceanis 41 – starting from Pula (only 1 guest, skipper and hostess)
